1. Information we handle
blueberry Ai may handle your email address, selected plan, subscription status, customer access-key hash and preview, API request metadata, model and token usage, service errors, timestamps, and technical data such as IP address needed for security and rate limiting.
2. Payment information
Paddle hosts checkout and processes payment details. blueberry Ai receives transaction, customer, plan, and subscription references through a signed notification. Raw card numbers and card security codes are not stored on the blueberry server.
3. Prompts and model providers
When you call the gateway, request content is sent to the configured AI provider so it can return a response. Avoid submitting personal data or confidential material unless you have a lawful basis and have reviewed the applicable provider terms.
4. Why information is used
Information is used to deliver and secure the service, verify subscriptions, enforce usage limits, answer support requests, detect abuse, maintain accounting records, and improve reliability. It is not sold for advertising.
5. Retention and security
Access keys are stored as one-way hashes after initial delivery. Operational and transaction records are retained only as needed for service, security, support, legal, and accounting purposes. A formal retention schedule and legal operator details must be finalized before live sales.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information, or object to certain processing. Send requests to support@blueberrry.net. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.
7. Contact
Privacy questions can be sent to hello@blueberrry.net. The legal controller identity and service address will be added before the Sandbox is changed to live mode.
