Refund Policy

1. Canceling renewal
Live monthly subscriptions can be canceled before the next billing date to prevent another renewal. Cancellation does not normally extend or carry unused allowance into a later billing cycle.
2. Refund requests
For a live purchase, contact support@blueberrry.net with the checkout email and transaction reference. Requests submitted within 14 days will be reviewed promptly, subject to usage already consumed, misuse, and any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be limited.
3. Service problems
If the service was materially unavailable or the plan was not provisioned after a verified payment, contact support so the access issue, replacement period, credit, or refund can be assessed.
4. Payment-provider process
Approved live refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method where possible. Bank and card-network processing times may apply after a refund is issued.
5. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights that apply under local law. The final live policy, operator details, and checkout disclosures must be reviewed for the countries where blueberry Ai is offered.
